- We may showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise
- We retain rights to internal processes, AI systems, and frameworks
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
a) Content is generated using AI and creative processes
b) We do not guarantee:
- Exclusivity of outputs
- Absence of similarity with other content
Client is responsible for final validation before use.
Performance Disclaimer
We aim to improve marketing performance, but:
- No guaranteed results (ROI, sales, conversions)
- Performance depends on multiple external factors
Limitation of Liability
Snaply shall not be liable for:

- Loss of revenue or profits
