Payments & Pricing

  • Pricing is provided via proposal or subscription
  • Payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

a) Client ownership:

  • Final paid deliverables belong to the client

b) Snaply rights:

  • We may showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise
  • We retain rights to internal processes, AI systems, and frameworks

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

a) Content is generated using AI and creative processes

b) We do not guarantee:

  • Exclusivity of outputs
  • Absence of similarity with other content

Client is responsible for final validation before use.

Performance Disclaimer

We aim to improve marketing performance, but:

  • No guaranteed results (ROI, sales, conversions)
  • Performance depends on multiple external factors

Limitation of Liability

Snaply shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Third-party platform changes (Meta, Google, etc.)

Termination

We may terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

Clients may terminate based on agreed contract terms.
