We respect your right to control your personal data. Here's how you can request deletion of your information from Snaply Labs.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you want us to delete your personal data from our systems, follow these steps:
- Send an email to contact@snaplylabs.ai with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your details: your full name, email address associated with your Snaply account, and any additional identifying information
- We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification
What Data We Delete
Upon request, we will delete:
- Your account information (name, email, company)
- Connected social media account data and tokens
- Content created through our platform (posts, captions, media)
- Analytics and usage data associated with your account
- Payment information (processed via Stripe — we instruct Stripe to delete as well)
What We May Retain
In certain cases, we may need to retain limited data as required by law:
- Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (as required by applicable law)
- Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
- Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Meta Platform Data (Facebook / Instagram)
If you connected your Instagram or Facebook account through our app, disconnecting it from your Snaply dashboard immediately deletes the stored access token — see Meta Platform Data in our Privacy Policy for what we store and why. You can also revoke access directly from Meta:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings
- Find Snaply Labs Publisher in the list
- Click Remove to revoke access
- This will immediately disconnect your account from Snaply
After revoking access, contact us to ensure all associated data is deleted from our servers.
